Temporary Holiday Lighting Registration Form

Business Improvement Districts, local development corporations, and other groups may register to install temporary holiday lighting attached to NYC street light poles for a period of sixty (60) days.

Prior to any installation, the organization must complete the registration form below.

Installation Details 

Provide main and cross street of each blockface. May also include nearest in-front-of street address for the light pole.
Upload requirements
The installation timeframe may not exceed 60 days.                                                                                                                                                                                 
I agree to use inline fuses and conform with all NYC electrical codes.
